Wording an engagement announcement to include deceased grandparents

I'm drafting my engagement announcement, but the same issue will apply for the wedding announcement:

We're putting the names of the grandparents in the announcements. Only one of them is living. I'm trying to find the proper way to express that, or if I should even bother.

Right now, the phrase is: "the granddaughter of Mazie and the late George Sellers, and the late TW and Odessa Sullivan." Does that properly express that BOTH TW and Odessa are deceased? The grammar seems awkward in this situation.

Dear Jim,

Grandparents don't usually announce, so the names don't have to be included.

Engagement announcements are usually only those in the newspaper. Usually they have templates they wish for you to use. Individual announcements are not used any more. These are thought of by most as a plea for an engagement gift.
