I am trying to find a song to sing to my mom on my wedding day at the reception. My mom is my best friend and she is my maid of honor. I have the special dance with my dad but I want to sing a song for my mom. I am not that great of a singer but have a year to practice. I love "wing beneath my wings" but it is to deep for me to sing. Should I just go with that song and maybe take singing lessons or do you have any other suggestions for songs that I could sing.
Thanks!

If you are not that great of a singer, why put this additional pressure on yourself. Do a special toast to her or even have a dance with her to Wind Beneath my Wings, that's not unheard of.

You're in luck! The perfect song was just written for you. It's called "To Be a Woman" and it's meant specifically as a tribute from a daughter to her mother. You can also order it in a gift version for her with your name and wedding date inscribed on the CD. There is also an instrumental track for you to sing to and sheet music for you to learn the song. You can hear it at weddingmusiccentral.com. You can have a very memorable moment with your mother at your wedding!
