Virtual Bridal Shower

My niece lives in San Jose, CA and all of her Aunts/relatives live in different states. Do you have any ideas on how to give a virtual shower?

Dear Getfitangie,

Family should not host or plan and this is a very good reason why. Family will try to garner as many gifts as possible. A virtual shower is not a shower nor is it proper. It is like saying to those invited to give a second wedding gift, as there will be no party. Even the traditional shower is going gift-less for many.

This would be in very poor taste.
