Information about hotel accommodations in wedding invitations

Hi,
I'm getting married in Poland in 4 months. We have 4 families from the UK coming to our wedding and we are paying for hotel expenses. I'll ask them for how many nights they would like to stay and then book the hotel for them. Should put that information on the invitation? Or just confirm it on email?

That is very generous of you! It would be valuable information for your guests. So, you could state this on an enclosure with the invitations. Of course, you could follow up with this in an email. There is nothing wrong with it these days.
