Three tiered vase for wedding centerpiece

Hello,

We are looking to make our centerpieces 3 tiered vases with colored water & floating candles. We are having a very hard time finding cheap vases that have a three tiered layout.

Just an idea...why not buy 3 vases and tier them with some sort of blocks, rather than buying an expensive designer 3 tiered vase, i know i am not an expert, but i am just throwing it out there!
