What should my 2 1/2 year old wear to the wedding?

My best friend is getting married in a few months and I am to be MOH and my husband a groomsman. My friend asked if I would be offended if she only had my older daughter (4) in the wedding and not my youngest (2 1/2). I said this is fine because my older daughter is her goddaughter. But, what should my younger daughter wear to the wedding? The flower girl dress that the bride chose is quite simple, just white with organza on the skirt. It seems, in my search for my younger daughters dress, I'm either finding dresses that are too formal (nicer than the flower girl dress) or not formal enough. HELP!

Dear Lilyrose,
She would be dressed as one of the guests and shouldn't be dressed too formally. Any dress she would wear to a nice restaurant would be fine.
