Hi,
Due to unwanted guests at many of the weddings I have been to this year... we are going to individually print each RSVP card. How should this be worded if say there is more than two people in the household? Would below be acceptable?
Mr. Blank, Mrs. Blank, Child 1 blank, Child 2 blank
______Will be attending
______Regretfully decline
Also, does each person over the age of 18 in that household get an invite separately?

Dear Kerrie,
It is unfortunate that we have to resort to this. This isn't entirely proper, although technically not improper either, so I can't give you a definite answer here. All I can say is that your choice seems fine with me. You could, perhaps, include a box next to each name for guests to check.
The most proper way to include the children would be to include a note stating that they are invited. But, then you wouldn't have a complete count.
I really can't find a better way of dealing with the problem of people not knowing how to be good guests except doing as you are doing. In fact, I have suggested it in the past. It is unfortunate.
Yes, all children over the age of 18 receives an individual invitation.
Best wishes,
