Proper name or nickname in wedding program

Should we list a bridesmaid's proper name or her nickname in the wedding program?

Dear Kevlargirl,

These are optional pieces of paper, so the rules aren't as strict. But, typically, if the wedding is very formal, you would use her proper name. You could list her nickname next to it in parenthesis. You could use her nickname or the same listing as for the formal wedding for the informal.
