Long post -

Everything we have tried to do hasn't been good enough -

As parents of the groom we agreed to host the rehearsal dinner. My family has many, many food allergies/issues so I wanted to go to a place were we could "enjoy" dinner and relax so were we not ill most of the night, or sick for the big wedding day.

After fighting about this for over 6 months, I just exclaimed we are having it at ____ and if you don't like it you can go where ever you want and pay for it yourself, it was your option to do that... I felt that was harsh, but we were so tired of arguing about it. (it is a beautiful place, fantastic food and great atmosphere, and most of all safe for our food issues!)

(As the grooms parents, we had no say in anything else, nor did we even know what time the wedding was until we got our invitations... and our names were excluded too.)

The room holds 36 and there will be 2 children under 1 in high chairs.

Several of the brides attendants have quit - and she has added replacements to fill their spots - All together there is 5 of each bridemaids/groomsman - parents, wives, grandparents etc... A total of 35!

Now some of the bridesmaids that "quit" have come back into the picture and are going to do readings. ( I now don't have room for them....) The ring bearer has 3 sisters, and then there is the flower girl. I am sending invites as to not have even more surprises. It is normal to invite everyone that is involved.... but adding readers who were bridesmaids and quit - enough is enough.. There is not room for everyone in the room we have reserved. I need HELP.

Did I mention, there are only going to be about 102 adults at the wedding... and I am trying to keep this to 36 people as that is 1/3 of the wedding size. Most people are coming from out-of-town, if I invited everyone it would be the wedding day list.

Did I mention this is only 3 weeks away?

What is your question?

Please EDIT your very long post, excluding the unnecessary/personal information, and giving us your question.

Thank you.
