Are the ushers, host and hostesses supposed to be a part of the rehearsal dinner?

Sorry I am calling the host and hostesses the person at the door in front of the guest book, at the gift table just helping whoever needs to be helped at reception and the people handing out programs at the door.

Ushers are part of the bridal party and should be included in all prewedding activities. But, if you have friends who are helping with little tasks on the day, these people are not members of the bridal party. They don't dress as your bridal party and are not usually at the rehearsal dinner.

Unless your wedding is very large and formal you really don't need all of these people. Please base the number of people you include in your wedding party (and helpers) on the formality of your event.

Also, hosts are the people who actually "host" the wedding (the people who are paying/planning).

Okay, well my wedding is at 4:30 or 5:00 in the evening, haven't decided yet and we are expecting over 200 guests and its at a church.
