Help
While the forum has been very helpful, my specific question seems no to have been answered and I am looking for some advice. My wedding is 100 people because the venue can only hold that many, and while the wedding guest list is fine, I am having a problem deciding who should be invited to the shower.
The women on the wedding guest list are all family, close friends and close by.
Do I have to limit the shower guest list?
How do I do that?

The shower is normally an intimate gathering of close friends and family. As long as your shower guest number could still be considered intimate, you will be fine...I am assuming it would be less than 50.

Actually, there should be no more than 35 guests, as this should be a small affair. And, please remember that the couple should have nothing to do with the planning or hosting of the shower.
