My daughter has 2 girl cousins, aged 9 and 6. She has asked the 6 year old to be a flower girl with a 2 year old of a friend. I feel the 9 year old will feel left out and have feelings hurt. Where could we include the 9 year old?

Well, actually 9 is much too old to be considered for the role of flower girl so maybe the other cousin can be considered for another wedding "job" such as passing out programs or asking people to sign in the guest book. That way she is included in some aspect and doesn't feel left out.

I agree, she is at the in between age of older than normal for a flower girl and not old enough to be a Junior Bridesmaid. I would add to Rebecca's suggestions that she might be able to serve as a train carrier if your daughter's dress has a train.

Great advice. I completely agree.
