Sending One Wedding Invitation to Apartment with Unrelated Roommates

I have 2 friends that are roommates. Do I send each of them a different invitation or could I send one to the apartment? If I send just one for both of them, how should I write their names? One of the girls is engaged, but will not be married before I send the invitations out, but she will be married before my wedding.

You'll send each person their own wedding invitation.
