Please Help !!

My husband's brother is getting married this summer and my husband is the best man. Problem : we have 2 babies and the bride & groom are not very "child open" at their wedding even though they never formally spread the "no kids" rule.

One kid will be 18 months (groom is the kid godfather) and our second child will be only 2-3 weeks. We have already planned to have my parents there to babysit the older one on site.

I cannot leave the newborn as I will be breastfeeding. But what are the rules? In other circumstances, I would have left the babies at home or would not have attended the wedding. But we are talking about the wedding of a close family member here.

You'll have to either ask your family member if the children are invited or wait for the invitations to arrive to see if they are included. If they aren't, then you'll have to make a decision to attend or not.

I agree. It may help to ask your husband to inform his brother that you may have to stay home because of the babies.
