Whose name goes first on the napkins? Bride or Groom?

There are no rules for this. But for traditional monograms (3 letters) it goes like this: the bride's first name initial + groom's last initial + goom's first name initial. These days, it could be anything.

I just think it's nice to do "ladies first". [:)]

I had actually always been told that the female's name would go first and that his follows so that it actually connects to his last name. i.e. Susan and Wallace Jordan
