We are having a small wedding, < 30 people in attendance, with only immediate family and a handful of close friends in attendance.
I have a friend who my FH does not care for. She's very sarcastic, hard-headed, blunt and at times immature. I figure this is why my FH doesn't like her. She has a strong personality type and she sometimes even gets on my nerves sometimes.
I'm from another state and I want to have friends on my side at the wedding. So far it's just her and a friend from home and since my other best girlfriend is dating my FH's cousin, she's on his side.
I do adore my friend, but like I mentioned earlier, we do bump heads occasionally. What should I do?

To invite or not to invite? A friend bride and groom do not agree on...usually

If you adore this woman and want to keep her as a friend she should probably be invited. It's hard to believe this friend could do anything to ruin your wedding, but only you can decide that.

I agree. But, the fact that your fiance has a problem with her is a consideration. His comfort level is important. It really doesn't matter who's side friends are on--his or yours. If your best friend is on your groom's side, she is still your friend.
You have a big decision to make. And, I agree that only you can make it. No stress here, huh? :D

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear you have to make this decision. Girls and weddings!
The best advice I can give you is to talk with your friend about how you're feeling and what you're really worried about. Tell her you really want her to be by your side on the most important day of your life, but you're worried she'll upset your fiance. If she's truly a good friend and loves you, she will understand your concerns and be on her best behavior.
Best of luck to you,
