My daughter is having the wedding ceremony outdoors. The reception will be inside. It is OK to only use about 10 chairs for the parents & grandparents to sit while the rest stand? The ceremony will only be about 20 minutes long and we are having about 150 people.

Dear Puchi,
All who require seating, will need a chair. So, that may not be enough seating. In fact, I pretty sure it isn't. Your daughter needs to find out exactly who needs to sit. And, that is quite a few guests to invite and expect to stand, even for 20 minutes. But, it is acceptable if the wedding is your projected 20 minutes long. However, if this is a formal wedding, there should be enough seats for all guests.
Best wishes,

I attended a beach wedding like this a few years ago and they had the same limited seating. The bride was late and the ceremony took longer than expected and, especially since it was pretty warm, it was uncomfortable. Plus, it was difficult to keep the kids corralled. I'd say plan for the unexpected.
