MOB colors wearing Ivory top/colored skirt

My daughter is getting married on a Friday evening in June. Her colors are Navy/Silver with an accent of Magenta. Is it ok to wear an ivory colored top with a faded plum skirt as the MOB?Any other suggestions for colors?

You can certainly wear these colors, but a silvery top would look better in photos and will coordinate better with the entire color scheme. Enjoy the wedding!
