What should a guest wear to a Saturday wedding in Novemeber?

I am invited to a mid-day wedding on Saturday in November. What would be appropriate to wear?

I'd need a bit more information (are you male/female? Where is the wedding being held, is there a reception following, etc) to give a good answer but you can take your cues on attire from the level of formality in the invitation (both in the printing and language) and the wedding venue. An afternoon wedding is usually less formal.
