My fiance and I already own a home together. My fiance's sister and brother in law are are flying in for the wedding. My fiance wants them to stay with us in our home. I think this will be to stressful to have to deal with. My fiance says "in the south" it would be rude to ask them to stay in a hotel, and rent a car. We live up North and I think it is fine. What do you think?

Dear Wants Quiet,
I'm from the North too, but I wouldn't want my sister in a hotel if I had the room in my home. But, this is a stressful time and you may need the quiet. This is understandable. It really is not too much to ask them to go to a hotel and rent a car. I'm sure that other family members will be also.
However, this really is a personal decision. If this is important to your fiance, it is best to make this decision together. People in good relationships make decisions together.
Best wishes,
