Vermont Wedding Planner

Do you have any recommendations for a wedding planner in Vermont (specifically, Southern Vermont)? Neither my finance nor I live in Vermont and the wedding will be on his parents' property in outdoor tents in October. We need a fair amount of assistance in coordinating the entire event. In addition, what sort of fee structure should I expect?
